I found this about the planned 2.3 changes:

Very significant changes and seem like a "wish-list" making most classes drool (although the changes seem well thought and reasonable), so I wouldn't get my hopes high, but if true...

Some of the yummiest changes:

- Heroic Badges drop from Zul'aman and Karazhan bosses (yay! I still have a ring to have for badges not to mention nethers. I'm just too lazy to farm heroics any more)
- Level 20-60 Quest EXP has been increased, while EXP to Level has been decreased
- +Healing bonus will give 33% of spell damage as well (1500 Healing bonus will give you 500 Spell damage) ZOMG! This one is huge!

- Damage coefficient reduction is removed from Improved Fireball/Frostbolt.
- New spell : Ritual of Refreshment. It will allow players to pick up their own stack of food/water, similar to a Soulwell. Water vending machines rejoice!
- Evocation restores 15% of your total mana every 2 seconds instead of being a spirit-based mana regen increase.

- Cure Poison and Abolish Poison may now be cast in Tree of Life form
- Remove Curse may now be cast in Moonkin form
- Rebirth cooldown reduced to 20 minutes
- Intensity increased to 10/20/30% mana regeneration

- Mace Specialization proc has been reduced (its about time they nerfed mace spec)
- Mace Specialization Rage increased to 7
- Tactical Mastery now greatly increases threat from Mortal Strike and Bloodthirst while in Defensive Stance (are they trying to make tanking more viable with Arms or Fury spec?)

- Power Word: Shield gains additional benefit from spell damage and healing bonuses. However the base absorb values for ranks 10, 11, and 12 have been reduced. (It needed a buff for PvE *hopes for overpoweredness in PvP*  ;D)
- Pain Suppression is castable on a friendly target, it reduces the target's threat by 5% and reduce the damage it takes by 40%. (Nice one!)
- Pain Suppression cooldown is reduced to 2 minutes.
- Meditation is increased to 10%/20%/30% Mana regeneration. (Yay! They are trying to increase the benefit of spirit seeing the same changes for mages and druids)
- Prayer of Healing, Circle of Healing and Holy Nova (healing effect) gain additional benefit from damage and healing bonuses. (CoH and HN needed a buff)
- Circle of Healing base amount of healing is reduced, but it gets more bonus from +healing effects. If you have more than +1338 healing you will see it heal for more. (Heh, they chose the limit wisely, so you are better over leet healing ;D)

- Ruthlessness won't be triggered by Deadly Throw anymore, and Ruthlessness will be changed to only affect melee finishing moves as a whole. (Its time they fixed Deadly Throw "spamming")
Blind no longer requires a reagent, is changed to a physical attack, will share the same diminish category as cyclone, and will diminish in PvE as well as PvP. (Buhuhu, I predict steeply falling prices for Fadeleaf)


There are alot of changes for shamans, mostly significant buffs. Quite some paladin changes too, mostly buffing retri.

Row you forgot the most important of all!!!

Priests

(1) New Dwarf/Draenei ability - Chastise: Causes Holy damage and incapacitates target for 2 seconds

(1) Fear Ward will now be available to all Priests at level 20

(1) Fear Ward duration reduced to 3 minutes, and cooldown increased to 3 minutes

All tanks can tank Nightbane now  ;D

EDIT: though its cd worries me... Does Fear Ward fades once it resists an offensive fear spell for you?

Hunters

-20 and 24 Slots ammo pouches have been added
-Wyvern Sting is now instant cast
-Arcane Shot (Rank 6+) will now dispel 1 Magic effect in addition to damage
-Serpent Sting, Immolation Trap, and Explosive Trap gain additional damage based on Ranged Attack Power.


Hmm? Does everyone take it the same way I do? That Arcane shot will dispell a buff on the opponent, something like a mini-purge? Will it be able to dispell raid bosses stuff though?

Yes, it will dispell one buff on the the boss. I guess the bosses will keep their immunity thoe >.>    And more reasons to keep applying serpent sting ^^

Regarding fear ward I have no idea how it works. If it prevents only one fear and has a 3 min cooldown, it will not be enough for Nightbane...

As if its that annoying, you gotta even come close first and get combo points before yuo can use it and on a 1 point basis it barely does damage and the slowing effect doesnt trigger even all the time

only when you have pvp gloves you can keep silencing and even that sometimes fails

besides spamming ?

rarely can spam it 3 times in a row since rutheles doesnt trigger all the time its like 60%

so tired of ppl moaning about this.

oh noes a rogue might have a change of throwing something at me which barely does damage multiples times in a row, yet casters can spam long range stuff nonestop.
