Darkmoon Faire : The Last Battle

Present day
Grommash Hold
Orgrimmar

"Warchief! a wounded scout is here with urgent news!"

"Let him in"

A seemingly young orc warrior gets carried into Thrall's chamber.

"Warchief! I tought I would never reach you"
"A healer, Vol'Jin! get me a healer in town!"

"Warchief, I was on a scouting mission ordered by Rokaro, the area arround Shadowprey Village was not feeling natural the past days, Rokaro reckoned those lunatics in the Thunder Axe Fortress were up to no good again."

An old shaman trainer rushes to the wounded scout and starts to investigate his injuries, helping where he can.

"This mon were da closest Warchief! we came as soon as we could"
"Good. now let the man tell his burden."

"I had just set up my camp near the hills arround the Fortress, when I spotted some odd looking things in the distance, there were Draenei! in Desolace."

"Did any of dem have dem funny looking kodos?"
"Vol'Jin!"
"Sorry Warchief"

"I'm sorry Warchief, but I followed those Draenei, I had this weird feeling.."
"It's ok what happened?"

"They headed to Nijel's Point, you know the Alliance Stronghold up in the hills?"
"Yes, it's a Dwarven hold, I've heard rumors about it.."

"Yes thats the one, well I snuck up the hill, there were Night Elves and Gnomes! Dwarves and Draenei drinking, and Humes looking at maps in fancy tents!"

"The Alliance gathers at Nijel's Point?"

"Yes Warchief! they were all there, Warriors and Rogues showing off their strengths, Warlocks performing foul things, Paladins calling the light, Polishing armours and sharpening swords"

"What's this you're telling me?"
"Vol'jin!"
"Yah Warchief Mon?"
"Issue your best scouts to Nijel's Point! NOW!"

"Warchief be carefull, I was trained by the Trolls in Sen'jin, I'm no troll but I know how to hide, yet the Alliance found out, something alarmed them, before I got on my feet I was surrounded by many!"
"You were brave young one, tell us what happened"

"There was a fight, I got two of them down I think, they should be in pain by now, but there were like a dozen so I fled.."

"There's more to the Horde then just mindless fighting, you did good comming here"
"Les just hope da mon didn't rode here"

"No sir, I fled to Shadowprey Village, Rokaro is a good Commander sir he would help me I knew he would"
"And our Champion fought brave I bet?"

"No sir, before I reached the Kodo Graveyard, those filthy Alliance backed down, but before they did there were rains of fire and storms of hail, arrows made the sky hum and I ran faster, just not fast enough.."
"My wolf carried me to Shadowprey, a luck I must say, A troll there helped me on a bat, I think his name was Jinar'Zillen it's a wonder I didn't fell off the bat, there's parts I dont remember from the flight"

"You got here in time young one, you were brave!"
"Ya mon, 'tleast you showed them humes your beddah side!"

The old shaman looks at Thrall and gives a grim nod
"Warchief?"
"Yes?"
"Tell Commander Rokaro I'm sorry for not following orders"
"Let me worry about Rokaro, you just lay down"

"Yes Warchief I will..."

Moments later Thrall salutes to departed Warrior

"Vol'jin, gather some scouts and get to the bottom of this, and tell our battlemasters that desolace gets priority, there's something odd in the air.."

"Yah mon!"

It's simple, I want to set up a Faction war, in desolace, north of the kodo graveyard
The Alliance forces would start at 60.15 on the road south, the Horde could follow the road north from 49.49

The date would be Saturday 1 November, at 19:30 Server time meet up, at 20:00 there would be movement from both sides
I would appreciate it if everybody sticked to their factions, no running ahead, no mounts allowed, everybody pvp flagged, no blue walling everything in your inventory is allowed, all skills, all potions no limits!

I want more then 40 people on every side, Raids would be organised with a commander and party leaders, tactics over mindless bashing to get a better or more rewarding result, however the above stated rules should be folowed it's a tactic to show up behind the enemy, it just wouldn't fit in the story line.. so dont

what I also need:

someone to write an IC story how the alliance would find out the horde's been spying on them etc I think I left plenty of room for some ideas?

someone to motivate the alliance, be the volunteer to be their commander and to advertise the event.

creative people to fraps the whole thing and to put it on youtube.
WotLK is comming up, Saranini hosted an event like this before, lets repeat it and end The Burning Crusade with a bang?

I'm Volunteering to be a horde commander I will lead a raid but the horde will get reminded in all sorts of ways to ask for an invite, ofcourse if you say you want to go with your guild and you organise your own raid it's all good, the more the merrier!

this is a PVP event, it's strongly advised to slap on resilience and not RP gear ;)

regards

I'm in! Also as able to help on the creativity thingie. Will even be able to fraps myself for once (I have to use a diffrent resolution for frapsing since I don't play on a dual core machine, i can fight alright while doing so but not enough to risk it on progress fights)
