Yogg hardmode + Glory of the Ulduar Raider (25-man) done, Val`anyr completed

This was a pretty darn awesome raid evening! A shame we didn`t get Algalon down, but the 14% was pretty promising, we`re getting there.
Now, to the happy news

<Prophecy> defeats Yogg Saron with only one keeper helping

That`s right! This is Yogg`s hardmode, and we just done it tonight. I`m not counting the "extra" option of 0-keepers because that`s alot harder fight and can be viewed as "superhard" mode.
Anyways, this was a very fun fight! Probably my personal favorite, slightly on par with Firefighter (but I like this one more), it really is a fight where execution and strategy matter alot more than brute DPS, and I like those fights. We really played awesome here. To be completely honest, I was expecting alot of stressful P1 wipes and not really being able to get past P2, I`m very happy to see I was wrong and we made it to P3 in the second or third attempt - a kill was nearby as we had a 6% wipe in the first hour. We were very stressed by time because we still haven`t pulled Algalon, and Annwyn was already sitting on 30 fragments so a Yogg+3 kill was due for Val`anyr. However, Sini`s magic words did it this time too, as we managed to score a kill in the last try before going for Algalon!
As an added bonus, this was also a realm first!

Glory of the Ulduar Raider (25) completed!

As mentioned in the previous news post, we were only missing Yogg for this, so now, we`re happy with some new 310% drakes ! As with Yogg, we`re proud to be the first guild in the realm to finish this achievement.

Annwyn gets legendary mace!

We were happy to have the 30th fragment drop earlier in the week. So with this kill, we also managed to finish the legendary mace; once again, big congrats to Annwyn for this one!




Sadly, Algalon lived to see another day (or our world will be doomed, depends on how you want to view it), but we`re getting better at the fight and I hope to be able to post something about this shortly.
