I am Guido, a self employed IT consultant living in the Netherlands. I am 39 years old and able to talk & write good english. I have got an english girlfriend.
•Do you currently know anyone in Prophecy?
I know Kaasuid when he was know as Kaasrasp in the Unreal Tournament community of around 5 years ago. I was the clan leader back then.
•Do you have any other characters that you play on a regular basis?
Over about 4,5 years ive made 5 lvl 80's: 1 priest (shadow/ holy), 2 warriors (all), 1 shaman name Windiya (active enh / resto), main char this hunter.
•Why do you want to join Prophecy? What are your game goals? (endgame PvE-raiding, PvP, RP, ...)
To have a plesant raiding eveing above all with ppl that like to do the same; wipe, chance tackts, wipe some more, learn, succeed.  
•Have you been in other guilds? If so, what are the reasons for leaving your previous guild(s)?
I have been Gm for about 4 years, Its not always easy as you officers & gm probably can agree with. I think the main reason for the mercenaries guild to abandon was the lack of communication & disagreement amoungst officers.
•What do you expect from the guild?
All to believe in God The Lord. :p nah seriously, Just to have some fun & to be serious when there is the need to be.
•We currently raid on Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday, from 20.00 to 0.00 server time. Can you regularly attend these times, at least 2-3 times per week?
Yes i can.
•What is your raiding experience? By this, we refer to preTBC raids done preTBC, TBC raids done during TBC and WotLK raids done while level 80.
Pre TBC KAra (cleared atleast i think we did during pre tbc still, god its been ages). During end of TBC we focussed on BT (got up to council) WotLK 10 man all cleared till putricide. 25 man all cleared till 3/5 ToTGC, icc (normal) till putri.
•Have you read and fully understood the raid rules? Are you agreeing to follow them?
Yes, & i think its common sense Agree ofcouse.
•Is your connection stable enough to handle 25-man raiding for 4 hours?
Yes
•Briefly state your pc specs!
3 month old PC dual core x64 (no frame drop whatsoever & even playable with fraps running in 25 man raid)

•Tell us a bit about how you play. Your keybindings, your awareness level. What you've done so far to improve your play and what you plan to do.
Gear wize i have recently started to focus on Armour pen mostly & build my spec around that, Ideally i should have a bit more static Arp first to stack the way i do now, i have found however there is still allready a bit of dps improvement (on most fights) when i gemmed arp so idially i would swap skinning to JC & get me some more arp from gems. Rotation at the moment hunters mark, serpent sting, then Chimera, aimed & in between CD's steady shot. Im willing to change spec for sake of group build like adding replenishment, i am however not really capable of doing so cause of current gear & gem choices. With having a expienced raiding history with healing , tank & dps classes & haveing to lead, guide, and explain tacks to groups, i think my awareness is higher then average.
•What talent spec do you currently use for raiding? Detail a few key aspects of the talent build, explaining them.
Its an MM arp build build spec build around steady shot.steady shot glyph i have found a welcome change i recently made therefore. I think the rest is explained in the above question.
•For your class and spec, which stats do you focus on? Explain your choice - based on your enchants and gems too.

•What glyphs do you use for raid purposes?
Glyph of the hawk for extra haste.Serpent sting for extra damage on my chimera shot, Gliph of steady shot for the extra damage to & i use steady often.
•Tell us a bit how you do your research. For raid encounters, class knowledge etc.
Most of class info i got would be of eletist jerks, specifically there theory crafting i like more then browsing through forums only to see (often) useless info. Boss encounter info i like tankspot. Watching a movie about bossencounters often makes at least positioning  very clear after 1 view. warcrafthuntersunion.com i have found usefull for hunter only related topics.
•Do you have any additional questions/comments ?
I am aware that my gear would probable be a bit on the low side also taking into consideration some is still pvp gear. I have found pugging a successfull icc 25 extremely hard and my current guild isn' t able to go there & successfull at least down a boss at this point. I hope my lack of current gear will weight up against my raiding experience. Ill keep an eye out on this topic upcoming days incase you got any futher questions. In case you do not want to offer me a spot as a raider, I am also happy to take a spot as a social member.Cheers, Guido

Hi,

To bad the alt run was cancelled tonight. Ill be going on a 1 week holliday & be back sunday 4th of april again.
