How 'trials' work in Prophecy.
« on: Friday, 28 May 2010, 13:19:45 »
If accepted into our ranks, your trial will be roughly 3 weeks long.
 - If we feel we need to see more, we will extend it (this tend to happen if you join in a phase where we're mainly farming/zerging one evening/week.)
 - If we feel we've seen enough, we will end it early.

During your trial, you will be expected to show us that you can play on par with our current raiders. We will keep our eyes and ears on you a bit trying to determine if you are living up to our expectations you fit our team as a player, and our guild as a person.

The verdict will be passed by officers and class leaders. Not only the class leader of your class, but all class leaders and officers together. During your trial, we will not consider the spot filled if you play a class we actively seek.

EPGP and loot during trials
No restrictions. It will work just as if you were an approved member.

Having alts in the guild, voting and commenting on new applicants
No restrictions. You will have the same forum access as regular members, be allowed as many alts in as regular members/officers/gm (1 main+2 alts=3 characters in total). The only actual "restriction" in game or on the forums is vault access.

Raiding spots during trials
We want to see as much as possible of you. So we will try to get you a spot for most raids/encounters.

What if you do not pass me?
If you do not pass your trial. We will tell you why, and we will most likely ask you to leave the guild. Exception of course if you are a social member applying for a raid spot, assuming you respect our decision.

Scar tissue is stronger than regular tissue. Realize strength! Move on.

den dagen alla i guilden är 100% överens om något är den dagen jag slutar dricka vodka hahaha xD
Both me and Eramor failed once each
