David Bowie - Heroes

That's my mood at the moment, something different, something calming, something off-beat.

My head is swimming with my latest (work) project, trying to create (web) visitor journeys so people entering a site know where to find information. It's a headache and an opportunity to think like 'other people' - how would I do something, how would a novice do something, how would an experienced user do something, how would someone feeling under pressure do something.... basically it's like role-playing to try understand what people do and help them get somewhere.... made difficult because the products I'm working with mean bugger all because their names mean nothing.
