Can I remove my account?

First point to make, before you read further, deleting your account cannot be reversed - there's no backup of your account information.

And before you start, are you deleting your account to hide the display of your email? You can manage this type of setting by clicking into your profile and using the links for modifying profile.

If you want to delete your account, click on the Profile tab, then click Delete this account - which is the last item listed under Actions on the left-hand side of the Profile page.

Note: This doesn't remove the posts and/or shouts you've made, only an Administrator or Global Moderator can do this. So any posts you've created will still have your forum account name.
